Redemption Steps and Unlock Requirements
Redeeming codes is straightforward, but the four-hour gameplay unlock requirement trips up new players who try to enter a code immediately after creating their character. The code redemption option does not appear in the shop until you have accumulated roughly four hours of playtime, which means you should focus on early progression first and redeem codes once the feature unlocks.
The step-by-step flow below walks through the exact redemption path reported by community members. The shop bag icon sits on the left side of the screen, and the Codes tab is tucked into the top-right corner of the shop interface.
-
Step 1: Play for approximately four hours until the shop fully unlocks.
-
Step 2: Tap the bag icon on the left side of the screen to open the shop.
-
Step 3: Select the Codes tab at the top-right corner of the shop window.
-
Step 4: Enter the code exactly as written, including capitalization and numbers.
-
Step 5: Press the tick mark to submit and claim your reward.
If a code fails, the most common causes are a typo, an expired code, or a redemption attempt before the four-hour unlock threshold. The codes unlock time guide covers troubleshooting steps for codes that refuse to redeem even after meeting the playtime requirement. Double-checking the exact spelling against a current tracker before submitting saves you from burning time on dead codes.
